Not what I expected at all!
I recently purchased a brand new 82-inch 3D-DLP tv, which I am very satisfied with, the biggest bummer was this 3D Start Kit which Mitsubishi recommends. My seating area is about 15ft away from my HUGE tv but the emitter doesn't reach the 3D glasses. As soon as I get closer to about 4-3ft they turn back on. What a huge failure from Mitsubishi!

No need for this get DLP Link galsses
Samsung stopped making these glasses for Mitsubishi, so you won't be able to get more. Get bthe newer DLP link glasses at $129.99 a pair instead of the IR kit.

Awesome product!
Recentlt added the WC1000 3D kit to my 73" Dlp and it is truly amazing! Set up only took about 5 minutes with ease. The actual glasses offer great comfort so you can just lay back and enjoy the movie and on top of that, watching a movie in 3D while wearing these glasses makes you feel like you're right there in the middle of the action. I would recommend this product to anyone owning a Mitsubishi 3D TV!

The 3D effects are unreal. You have to get this if your TV supports it.
